Gluten and Dairy Free Banana Loaf

Good morning good morning! Today I have a recipe for you. It is this banana loaf that is so so so quick and easy. I love it!


  • 2oz of Margarine
  • 5oz of Caster Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 10oz of Rice Flour
  • 3 Bananas 
  • 1/2 Tsp of Salt
  • 1 Tsp of Baking Powder


  • Scales
  • Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Fork and Tsp
  • Tsp and Tbsp measure


Step 1: Cream the 2oz of fat and 5oz of sugar, then add the egg.


Step 2: Mash the 3 bananas and add them to mixture along with 1/2 a Tsp of Salt and 1 Tsp of Baking Powder.


Step 3: Fold in the 10 oz of flour.


Step 4: Cook for 1 hour on gas mark 4/180 c Let it cool in the tin before turning it out.

There you have it as simple as that. This Banana Loaf Recipe is just perfect for when you have bananas going brown faster then you can eat them! Did you know you can freeze bananas and then cook with them?!
