Gluten, Dairy and Sugar Free Chocolate Brownies


Today I have an awesome recipe for you! It is Gluten, Dairy and Sugar Free Chocolate Brownies. These brownies are sooo tasty and really really easy to make.  Are you ready for your mind to be blown?! Well then keep reading for some awesome brownies....

  • 3/4 Cup of Cocoa
  • 1/2 Tsp of Baking Soda
  • 1/3 Cup of Oil
  • 1/2 Cup of Boiling Water
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Sugar/Honey
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup of Oil
  • 1 1/3 Cups of Rice Flour
  • 1 Tsp of Vanilla
  • 1/4 Tsp of Salt

    •     Tray
    •     Large Bowl
    •     Spoon
    •     Cup measures
    •     Tsp/Tbsp measure

    Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Step 2: Grease a baking dish. 

    Step 3: In large bowl mix the 3/4 cup of cocoa and the 1/2 Tsp of baking soda.

    Step 4: Add 1/2 a cup of boiling water and first 1/3 cup of oil, mix well. 

    Step 5: Stir in 1½ cups of sugar, 2 eggs and remaining 1/3 cup of oil.

    Step 6: Add 1 1/3 cups of flour, 1 Tsp of vanilla and 1/4 Tsp of salt.

    Step 7: Mix just until flour is absorbed and pour into a baking dish. 

    Bake 35-40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes up clean. I actually pull mine at 35 minutes, (before the toothpick comes up clean) to get really fudge-y brownies.
